Forest Choir is a quiet duet of contrasts — a study in light and shadow, in presence and whisper. This acrylic dome display by Chris Lee features two butterfly specimens preserved mid-interaction: the luminous Appias albina (Common Albatross) in a gentle pastel yellow, and the bold monochrome Idea leuconoe (Paper Kite) with its graphic wing pattern and graceful posture.
Rooted in a lush base of live-preserved moss and soil, the composition is grounded by a natural quartz amethyst crystal, drawing the eye and inviting a sense of still magic. The dome mimics the containment of song — a delicate moment suspended in harmony, fragile and eternal.
